This document regulates the use of the site www.shop.caiagua.com (heretofore the “Site”) provided by the company De Frias e Gouveia, Unipessoal Lda., with registered offices in Sintra Business Park Ed.01, Fr. 1P Abrunheira 2710-089 Sintra, registered in Portugal with taxpayer number 513200339 (heretofore the “Company” and/or “CAIÁGUA”).

 

The Company guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its Customers. This data is requested from the Customer (i) when an Account is created and/or (ii) when an order is confirmed prior to clicking the "Pay" button (the payment process is carried out via the Pay Pal payment platform, so the Company has no access to its Customers bank details).

 

Purposes for which Data is Processed

Your personal data collected on this Site is intended, with your consent, for the processing and dispatching of orders, the processing of requests for information and potential complaints, statistical analyses, Customer communication, and activities of direct and/or relationship marketing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims any direct or indirect liability, for the use of the Site.
